From Marketing & Politics to Fry Magic

Camila, originally from Chile, spent years as a successful marketing director, building brands and telling stories. But like many immigrants, when she moved to the U.S., she had to hit pause on her career. She worked as a food delivery driver, bartender, pizzeria cook, and even in a movie theater kitchen, and that’s where she discovered something new—her love for bringing people together through food. In Chile, fries aren’t just a snack; they’re a whole event. Think Chorrillanas—massive, loaded fries meant to be shared with friends at a bar, turning an ordinary night into something special.

Then there’s Lorena, from Peru, a country famous for its bold, mouthwatering flavors. She’s always loved cooking, experimenting, and creating new taste combinations. If the food is delicious, you’ll see her dancing. If she’s hungry, well… let’s just say, you don’t want to be around! With a background as a political coordinator, she mastered the art of organization, planning, and getting things done—the perfect balance to Camila’s creativity.
